Role Purpose – Time/Effort (p/w)

  • Supply Chain – 40%
  • Delivery Dispatch – 40%
  • General Duties – 20%

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Supply Chain
    • ○ Overseeing the goods supply chain.
    • ○ Conduct sourcing activities and participate in negotiations to establish and review supply agreements.
    • ○ Manage end to end supplier tender process.
    • ○ Implement effective contract/supplier management plans.
    • ○ Maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity.
    • ○ Effective contract administration and procurement administration services
    • ○ Addressing inventory issues.
    • ○ Resolving shipment issues.
    • ○ Maintain and build relationships with suppliers to decrease costs, increase performance and streamline processes.
  • Delivery Dispatch
    • ○ Analysing processes and finding efficiencies.
    • ○ Routing and re-routing orders.
    • ○ Monitoring shipments, deliveries, timelines and costs.
    • ○ Answering customer enquiries.
    • ○ Liaising with suppliers and transport companies.
